Navigating our new website! - Changing Your Shipping Information
- On our website, go to the "Login" page by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner (between the magnifying glass and shopping cart icons). Then enter your email address and password.
- You'll see your subscription(s) listed - click on the subscription you would like to update.
- When you scroll down, you'll see a "Shipping address" section. If you click in this address you can:
- 1) Select a previously-entered address
- 2.) Edit and select a previously-entered address
- 2) Add a new shipping address
- TO USE A PREVIOUS SHIPPING ADDRESS: To change your shipping address to another address that is correct and that you've previously entered into your account, click on "Subscriptions" in the navigation menu and then select the subscription you would like to update.
- You'll see an overview of your subscription. If you scroll down and click on "Shipping address" this will open a window where you can select the circle next to the address you want to use and then click "Update Address."
- TO EDIT A PREVIOUS SHIPPING ADDRESS: To edit a previous shipping address, click on "Subscriptions" in the navigation menu and then select the subscription you would like to update.
- You'll see an overview of your subscription. If you scroll down and click on "Shipping address" this will open a window where you can select "EDIT" next to the address you want to change and then click "Update Address" once you've completed this address.
- TO ADD A NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS: To add a new shipping address, click on "Subscriptions" in the navigation menu and then select the subscription you would like to update.
- You'll see an overview of your subscription. If you scroll down and click on "Shipping address" this will open a window where you can select "Add shipping address."
